Tops Off ("the app") is a weather decision utility for Jeep and convertible owners. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data is collected and how it is used.

Data We Collect

• Location (Coarse): Your approximate location is used to fetch local weather data so the app can provide a GO/NO decision. Location data is not stored on our servers and is not linked to your identity.
• Purchase Information: If you subscribe to Tops Off Apex, purchase data is processed by Apple and RevenueCat. We do not have access to your payment details. RevenueCat assigns an anonymous user ID to manage your subscription status.

Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal contact information. We do not run ads. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.

Third-Party Services

• Open-Meteo: Weather data provider. Requests include approximate location coordinates. See Open-Meteo terms.
• RevenueCat: Subscription management. See RevenueCat privacy policy.
• Apple: In-app purchases are processed by Apple. See Apple privacy policy.

Data Retention

Your location is used in real time and is not stored. Subscription status is managed by RevenueCat and retained for as long as you have an active or lapsed subscription.

Children's Privacy

The app is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
